"TOBY'S MY BROTHER & BEETHOVEN TOO'", written and directed by Dyann Robinson. In this historical fantasy, a 1823 slave rebellion, led by a young slave named Toby inspires three great European artists of African descent to use their art forms, and their renown as artists, as a way to fight for their total respect and freedom as men of color. The artists are Ludwig van Beethoven, Aleksander Sergeevich Puskin, and Alexandre Dumas pere.
