Representatives of 5 historically all black towns and communities:

Tuskegee Institute, AL; Hobson City, AL; Eatonville, FL; Mound Bayou, MS; and Grambling, LA. . .gather in 1915, in Boston, Massachusetts, at the 15th annual meeting of the National Negro Business League, to share their history, and to salute and thank their mentor, the League Founder, Dr. Booker T. Washington.
